Hello again all you wonderful gamers. Well its game time once again . Today we tackling Fornite and yes its going to be all out mayhem. Yup when it comes down to it you know what you in for when it comes to this game. 8 year old little monsters cursing at you and kicking your butt over and over again. By the time they finish you off. You will be yelling at your own kids.  

With that said, today we paring this with the sweat taste of cheesy taco shells. A grade A gaming staple in my house. Depending on the spice content this mac will have your tongue flip flopping. Just like your score, all over the place. The way I figure it, this will be right on time since I will definitely be at the loading screen a lot. 

Some of you may be saying he sounds a little scared. Nope, I’m not scared ,but I can be a sore loser. By the time I look up these kids will have me buying skins and dance moves.

Well, you know, if I am going to get beat, at least I can look good doing it.  Either way Its going down. Win or lose I am parachuting in like a soldier.

Instant Pot Cheesy Taco Shells

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pound Lean ground beef
  • 1/2 medium Sweet onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2-1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 3 cups Beef stock
  • 1 can Tomato sauce (8-ounce)
  • 1 cup Mild salsa, homemade or store-bought
  • 1-1/2 cup Shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro leaves optional
  • 1 small Poblano pepper, diced optional
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Set a 6-qt Instant Pot® to the high saute setting. Heat olive oil; add ground beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; drain excess fat.
  • Add onion and poblano, and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in garlic, chili powder, oregano and cumin until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Stir in beef stock, tomato sauce, salsa and pasta; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Select manual setting; adjust pressure to high, and set time for 5 minutes. When finished cooking, quick-release pressure according to manufacturer’s directions. Stir in cheese and heavy cream until cheese has melted, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in cilantro.
  • Serve immediately.
